Who we are

As an APDT (Association of Pet Dog Trainers) trained dog training instructor, I have years of experience working with people and their canine companions, towards achieving a loving and fulfilling relationship.

After attending the foundation course with the APDT at Moulton college in Northampton, and watching the likes of Michael Ellis and Will Atherton, I was inspired to start training my dog at the time; Vinnie, who at the time was suffering with separation anxiety.

Since this point I’ve worked with various dog breeds covering a wide variety of issues. I’ve helped solve problems with leash reactivity, separation anxiety and dog aggression to name a few. As my experience and knowledge has grown, along with my passion for dog training, I have decided to launch VP Canine Education, where we keep things as positive as possible while maintaining a realistic approach to training. With an emphasis on clarity, consistency and consideration we believe that just like Tom Davis said, there are “No bad dogs”.

We are located in the Ceredigion County, Wales, UK.
